Refund Policy
BrightBuild Digital provides custom web design services tailored to each client’s specific needs. Because of the time and resources required to begin each project, all upfront deposits are non-refundable.
Once work has begun on a project, no refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed work. If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
Monthly website maintenance and hosting services are billed on a recurring basis and may be canceled at any time with written notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for prior billing periods.
If BrightBuild Digital is unable to complete a project due to circumstances solely within our control, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.
